OUR TRAINING
The aim of our training is to ensure that the trainees are not only taught the EEH modules in a cognitive manner, but also have numerous opportunities to experience and try out the methods in practice in the workshops.
This turns the most important attitudes and tools of EEH into embodied knowledge. This makes it easier to apply the skills learned in everyday working life.

In addition to teaching content, personal development of potential plays a major role in EEH training courses. The emotional processes in group and individual experiences are reflected on at regular intervals and evaluated with the training teams. The learning processes involve changing and becoming aware of the trainees’ characteristic and biographically practiced patterns of attachment and stress.
In the course of these body- and attachment-based forms of learning, the trainees develop their own skills in sensitivity, self-observation and self-reflection so that they can then apply them successfully in the diverse fields of EEH practice with adults, infants and older children.
In EEH training, we use a variety of digital media to convey our content to the trainees. Supervision sessions, individual method training sessions and professional reflections can be carried out well in the form of digital conferences. Although we use these innovative communication channels in many ways, we firmly believe that the majority of EEH training and personal process work can only be learned in presence and direct contact.
