Our aim is to provide attachment-oriented support for families at the beginning of life. The development of a dialog-oriented relationship is at the heart of our advisory and therapeutic work with parents, infants and toddlers.
In our understanding, we see people as a whole consisting of body, soul and spirit. We support and strengthen children and adults in building stable and sustainable relationships with themselves and others. In doing so, we are guided by basic humanistic values. This attitude characterizes our teaching.
ABOUT US
For around 25 years, our institute has been organizing interdisciplinary training courses in various European locations for professionals who support families during pregnancy, birth and the first three years of life. Body, attachment and emotions are our central points of reference.
In 2019, we founded eeh Europa, a charitable and non-profit association based in Switzerland, to meet the growing requirements at an organizational level. Our institute works in partnership with the existing EEH national associations.

OUR EDUCATIONAL APPROACH
Our educational approach is interactive. We are concerned with the practical application of content, which we then pass on to families. In addition to a theoretical and analytical approach, this requires a willingness to develop your own processes. Action-oriented learning is closely interwoven with constructive reflection on one’s own actions.
Our innovative and holistic learning concept is based on the latest findings in brain and attachment research. The central pillars of our training events consist of theoretical lectures, live and video demonstrations of our methods and practical implementation of the learning content using exercises and scenic role settings.
